Terms
- Who I am. Tassma is run by Tassma Trends (OPC) Pvt Ltd, 101 Siri Villa, Road 29, Alkapoor Township, Hyderabad, Telangana.
- The commission. A commission is the written brief we agree after our call: design, measurements, leather, hardware finish, price and timeline.
- Changes. Changes after the brief is agreed are possible until I cut the leather. They may change the price and the timeline.
- Timeline. Six weeks from the agreed brief and the deposit. If anything changes, I’ll tell you as soon as I know.
- Fit. The piece is made to the measurements you give me, and those measurements are final. The fit promise covers fit against them.
- Photos. I may photograph your finished piece on the dress form. I show it publicly, with your name or initials, only with your consent.
- Payments and cancellation. See Cancellation and refunds.
- Law. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Hyderabad have jurisdiction.
