Cancellation and refunds

The slot hold (₹2,000).

• Refunded in full if we don’t agree on the brief.
• Once we agree, it comes off your price.
• If I don’t hear back within 15 days of our call, the hold is released and refunded.

The deposit (50%).

• Paid once the brief is agreed.
• If you cancel before I cut the leather, it’s refunded in full.
• Once the leather is cut, it isn’t refundable, because the piece is cut to one body.

The balance. Paid after you’ve seen photos of the finished piece, before dispatch.

Returns. Every piece is made to measure, so there are no returns for a change of mind. If a piece arrives faulty, write to support@tassma.in within 14 days of delivery with photos, and I’ll repair or remake it.

Alterations. If the piece doesn’t fit as agreed, I adjust it. Alterations are on me, shipping both ways included, within 14 days of delivery.

How refunds reach you. Refunds go back to the original payment method. Once I issue one, the payment gateway and your bank usually take 5 to 7 working days.
