Shipping
- When: pieces ship from Hyderabad by tracked courier once the balance is paid.
- How long: delivery within India usually takes 3 to 7 working days after dispatch.
- Cost: shipping within India is included in the price.
- Outside India: available on request, at cost.
- Tracking and cover: every parcel is tracked, and insured for the value of the piece through the courier.
- Lost or damaged: if a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, write to support@tassma.in within 48 hours of the expected delivery date, and I’ll take it up with the courier.
- Alterations: under the fit promise, shipping both ways is on me within 14 days of delivery.
